This website is an online catalogue of diamond jewellery. It is not an online shop: products cannot be bought or paid for on the site. Any purchase is agreed directly with us after an enquiry or quote request.

2. Product information and prices

• Descriptions, images, weights and specifications are for general guidance. Natural diamonds vary, and actual pieces may differ slightly from photographs.
• Prices shown, if any, are indicative, may change without notice and do not form an offer. A price is only binding once confirmed by us in writing.
• All products are subject to availability.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not create a contract. We will reply with availability and a quotation. A sale is concluded only when we confirm the order in writing and agreed payment terms are met.

4. Custom orders

Made-to-order and customised pieces are produced to your agreed specification. Cancellation, deposit and return terms for such pieces will be confirmed in writing in the quotation.

5. Certification

Where a diamond is sold with an independent grading report, the report’s grading applies. Grading terminology on this site is explanatory only.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the logo, text and images, belongs to Bhakti Diamond LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false or abusive enquiries, or use automated tools to scrape its content.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
